Get in Touch

Whenever you encounter a bug or unexpected behavior with your Spectacles or just have some feedback, please let us know so we can investigate. 

The quickest way to let us know about an issue is through the Spectacles App. By using this route we may be able to get useful information from the logs that are created: 

  • Open the Spectacles App
  • Tap the Spectacles icon in the top left corner
  • Scroll to Report a Bug 
  • Select the appropriate option
  • The more detail the better! 

Please take the time to explain the issue you encountered, what you were doing at the time and whether you have been able to replicate it.
