Help Pairing
If you’re unable to pair or re-pair your new Spectacles, keep in mind:
- Spectacles need to have at least 10% battery life to pair
- Your phone’s Bluetooth must be turned on
- Your phone must be connected to the internet
- Your phone must be in close proximity to the Spectacles
Still not pairing?
Spectacles require the latest version of the Spectacles App for iOS or Android. Visit the App Store or Play Store to make sure you’re up to date.
If your Snapchat app is already up to date, try turning Bluetooth off, and powering off your phone. Wait 1 minute, then power your phone back on. When your phone has powered on again, turn Bluetooth on as well. Then, follow the steps in Pairing the device to your phone - first time.
Should you still not be able to pair go to your Bluetooth settings and delete any existing pairings with Spectacles. After this, follow the steps in Pairing the device to your phone - first time.
