Shipping Details & Restrictions
When placing an order, keep in mind that some regions have different shipping options. Here’s a breakdown of available shipping options per country or region:
United States:
- Most shipments take 1 to 2 business days to deliver
- Shipments will require a signature from the receiver
Europe:
- Most shipments take 1 to 2 business days to deliver
- Shipments will require a signature from the receiver
All shipping options are free
Some shipments may need a little extra time to deliver. See the sections below for more information.
After purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Spectacles’ estimated delivery window. There’s always a chance this estimate could change, but you’ll be notified if the order is delayed for any reason!
Once an order has been placed, you can request an order cancellation up until the order has shipped. To cancel an order that has not entered the shipping process, contact support@spectacles.com.
Shipping to Territories
At this time, shipping is not available for APO/FPO/DPO addresses, some US Territory and Freely Associated State addresses, or certain remote regions. You’ll be notified during checkout if we can deliver to the address entered.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Unfortunately, overnight shipping isn’t available for orders sent to P.O. Boxes. These shipments may need a little more time to reach their destination. Orders shipping to Puerto Rico cannot be delivered to P. O. Boxes.
Exchange Shipments
If your product needs to be replaced under the User Agreement terms, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to return your original product to us and ship a replacement at our cost. Please note that we are only able to provide this service in countries where spectacles.com ships.
