Next Generation Spectacles Touchpad

First thing to remember about the touchpad is that it will only work when you’re wearing your next generation Spectacles! 

The sensor that identifies if your next generation Spectacles are being worn is sensitive to moisture, so make sure your Spectacles are clean and dry and try again. 

If you’ve checked that and you’re still not able to use the touchpad reset your next generation Spectacles by pressing and holding both buttons for 20 seconds, followed by a factory reset by pressing and holding both buttons for 30 seconds and releasing when the inner LEDs flash purple (which will wipe the user data).
