Next Generation Spectacles Pairing

If you’ve been through the first time and repairing flows and still not able to pair then you might need to reset your next generation Spectacles.

  1. Confirm that your next generation Spectacles are powered on
  2. Check you have the latest version of Snapchat
  3. Press and hold the left button for 7 seconds to make them discoverable.
  4. Soft reset the device by pressing and holding both buttons for 20 seconds
  5. Factory reset the device by pressing and holding both buttons for 30 seconds and releasing when you see the LEDs flash purple (please note that this will wipe the user data on your device).

When you’ve completed those steps try the first time pairing flow again, and let us know if you still aren’t able to pair.
