How do I get my Spectacles 3?
You’ll need to head here to get started on the Trade Up process. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label, which you can use to return your current First-Generation Spectacles. Once we receive your old pair, we’ll ship your brand new Spectacles 3!
A few details to keep in mind
- This offer only applies to First-Generation Spectacles purchased from the Spectacles website, a Snapbot, or one of our authorized retailers.
- If you received a pair of First-Generation Spectacles as a gift or through another source, you are also eligible for Trade Up.
- If you returned your First-Generation Spectacles for a full refund, you are not eligible to participate in the Trade up Program.
- This offer is not valid for Spectacles 2 (Original, Nico, or Veronica).
- Spectacles 3 are covered under our limited warranty and are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.
- This offer ends December 31, 2020.

Can I trade in my Spectacles even if they don’t work?
Your First-Generation Spectacles do not have to be in like-new condition. As long as they are in one piece, we’ll accept them even if they have noticeable wear and tear. Physically damaged Spectacles are not eligible for Trade Up.
What if I don’t have the case or cable?
That's ok! We’d love to recycle all accessories that came with your First-Generation Spectacles. If you have them, please include them in your return shipment. If you no longer have the accessories in your possession, send back only your Spectacles.
Can I have my old Spectacles back if I change my mind?
Once you’ve shipped your First-Generation Spectacles to us, we won’t be able to send them back to you if you change your mind.
When will I get my new Spectacles?
Your new Spectacles 3 will not ship until we’ve received your First-Generation Spectacles. Return shipping times may vary depending on where you’re shipped them from. Shipments can take up to 5 business days to deliver once we’ve received your First-Generation Spectacles. However, transit time to certain regions may take longer. How much is shipping?
Free standard shipping for Spectacles 3 is included on all orders.
Do I need to pay to return my Spectacles to you?
Once you’ve completed your purchase, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label to use to return your First-Generation Spectacles.
How much time do I have to return my Spectacles?
You’ll have 60 business days from the day you receive your shipping label to return your Spectacles to us. If we don't receive your First-Generation Spectacles within the 60 business day window, we'll cancel the order for you.
Can I apply a promo or discount code with this offer?
This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts offered on Spectacles.com.
How many Spectacles can I trade in?
You can take advantage of our trade up program as many times as you’d like. However, you’ll need to purchase and return each Spectacles separately.
Where can I get prescription lenses?
You can purchase prescription lenses for your Spectacles 3 separately from Lensabl.

This offer is valid only for purchase on Spectacles.com in the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden and select retailers.
